Refund policy

At LEVIX, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards and your expectations.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, you may request a return or replacement in accordance with the policy below.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice must be available.
  • The product should not show signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear after delivery.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or defective)
  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • a damaged product
  • a defective item
  • the wrong product
  • missing items in your order

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos/videos of the issue
  • images of packaging and shipping label

Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.


Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider

If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative refund methods may be offered at our discretion.


Replacement Policy

Eligible products may qualify for a replacement instead of a refund, depending on:

  • product availability
  • nature of the issue
  • serviceability of your location

Return Shipping

  • In cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping costs may be covered by LEVIX.
  • For other approved returns, customers may be required to bear return shipping charges.

Order Refusal & Failed Deliveries

If an order is refused at delivery or repeatedly remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, LEVIX reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping and handling charges from the refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

At LEVIX, we understand that plans can change. Customers may request cancellation of their order before it has been processed or shipped.


Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
  • Orders already out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.


Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.

Cancellation by LEVIX

LEVIX reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • product unavailability
  • pricing or listing errors
  • suspected fraudulent activity
  • payment issues
  • operational limitations

In such cases, customers will be notified and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.


Modification of Orders

Once an order is placed, modifications such as:

  • changing products
  • changing address details
  • changing payment methods

may not always be possible depending on processing status.
